Our programs are designed to provide everything you need to excel, no matter where your food passion leads you. Both associate and bachelor’s degree students start with the essential skills and knowledge of the CIA Core Advantage, which forms the foundation for most of our programs.

Undergraduate Degrees

Acquire essential skills and knowledge with an associate degree, or choose a bachelor’s degree program with a specialized focus, such as hospitality or food business management, culinary science, or applied food studies.
